Levelling-up means changing the way we look at ourselves as a nation, says RICHARD HOLDEN



Often in Westminster, local issues are ignored. Journalists don't really want to know about the local campaign you're working on to improve roads and, often, our colleagues don't either. The local work of MPs is overlooked in favour of the national issues, the big policy issues, the things that affect everyone.
