SELF ASSESSMENT tax returns must be completed and paid by Sunday and while the self-employed have had months to prepare, it's thought many may leave it to the last minute. While HM Revenue and Customs has taken some pressure off by extending penalty deadlines, affected workers have been urged not to become complacent.
