RISHI SUNAK will be delivering his next budget on March 3 and many expect the Chancellor to lay out plans for how taxes will be raised to cover the costs of coronavirus. Additionally, in December a Wealth Tax Commision provided a report on how a wealth tax could work in practice, with many fearing this could be foreshadowing an introduction.
