IN 1995 Pulp released the BritPop classic Common People onto an unsuspecting nation. Supremely observed and dripping with Jarvis Cocker's South Yorkshire invective. it told of a posh girl pretending to be poor - a trust fund babe fake-slumming it to bask in some sort of reflected working class integrity.
