A DEMOCRACY needs a free press to function well; that is a given. So it is deeply disturbing that a businessman accused of bullying, sexual harassment and racist abuse is able to hide behind non-disclosure agreements and injunctions rather than face up to scrutiny over whatever it is he is alleged to have done.
