BORIS JOHNSON will unveil a new tax rise on shareholder profits to raise billions of pounds for the NHS and Social Care, according to reports. Today, the Prime Minister will deliver a Live Social Care Funding Statement in the House of Commons, where he will set out Government plans for social care reform.
