PRIME MINISTER has announced the Government is set to hike National Insurance payments to pay for its social care plans. This is set to be a controversial move from the Government as National Insurance is paid for by the working population and not pensioners. Older Britons will be ones most likely to benefit from the rise, while not having to pay a penny.
