Travel restrictions stopped a family going to India, but 18 months after paying an agent for the flights they still don't have their £1,386 back or know its whereabouts. The more dad Jijo James has probed, with support from Crusader, the more the mystery deepens. Changing explanations and unfulfilled promises from agent Dream World Travel have not helped, they say.
