EU SETTLEMENT Scheme rules allow EU, EEA or Swiss citizens to apply to continue living in the UK beyond June 30. Eligible applicants will be awarded either settled or pre-settled status, with both grant access to various state benefits and recently, the Home Office released quarterly statistics for the scheme.
