UNIVERSAL CREDIT tenants falling into rent arrears has reduced in the past 12 months, private landlords have said in a new report, but more than half of landlords letting to claimants have reported this experience. The author of the report has said that it shows that “continued work is needed to improve the lives of claimants”.
