Chasing inspiration with Shaun Wallace



ON AUGUST 3, 1936, at the Olympic stadium in Berlin, black American athlete Jesse Owens won gold in the men’s 100m dash in a time of 10.3 seconds. It was a victory that set the tone for Owens, who won three further golds for the long jump, the 200m and the 4x100m.
