STATE PENSION campaigners will consider denying the Conservatives their votes at the next election if the triple lock is scrapped. The Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak faces an imminent decision on the triple lock, which guarantees a fair state pension for the UK's retirees, but making changes to the policy could have a negative ripple effect for the Government in their standing with pensioners.
