
SHOP-WORKERS and carers are among the professions who will see their households hit the hardest by the Government's proposed cut to Universal Credit. According to new research carried out by charity Action for Children, working families in the UK face the largest overall drop in their benefits income since 2010 once the end to the £20 uplift on Universal Credit comes to an end. Households are being encouraged to be informed about these pending changes and how it can affect their families.
