CAPITAL GAINS TAX could be next on Rishi Sunak's list for targeting, as the Chancellor aims to find billions to cover coronavirus costs. So far, Mr Sunak has mainly altered tax rules for individuals in an attempt to cover NHS and social care costs but going forward, businesses and freelancers may need to pay more towards the Government's coffers. Unfortunately, this is likely to make it more difficult to be an entrepreneur in Britain.
