DESPITE the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy, the number of people saving in a workplace pension scheme remained stable during lockdown. According to Government data, there was a small drop in the proportion of workers opting out of their workplace scheme per month. However, some experts believe that the "challenge is not over" regarding peoples' pension savings following the pandemic.
