EU SETTLEMENT Scheme rules allow eligible claimants from European Union countries to continue to work in the UK whilst being able to claim certain benefits, pensions and have access to the NHS. Recently, the rules on this scheme were updated to reflect ongoing coronavirus alterations but warnings have been issued on how UK employers and consumers will be affected.
