THE IRISH border was a conundrum for the Government from the moment Brexit was conceived. But with today's announcement of £155m fund to find new technology allowing seamless import and export from the non-EU north to the EU-south Michael Gove has at least indicated a desire to find the correct, hi-tech British solution to the problem.
