Covidiots rain on city's parade, says CAROLE MALONE

AM I missing something here? Leicester has had the country's biggest spike in Covid-19 infections and so-called "experts" are still asking why. Isn't it blatantly, bleedin' obvious why - because not enough people there have been sticking to the rules. If infections everywhere else - especially in the capital with its NINE million population - are plummeting thanks to people washing their hands, keeping a safe distance, restricting journeys or exposing themselves to people outside their immediate families - it's clear they're rocketing in Leicester, which has a population of just 330,000, because not enough people have been doing all of the above.
