SAVERS who are just a decade away from retirement are being warned they risk losing almost HALF the value of their pension if they choose to transfer out. New research shows workers who transfer face waving goodbye to a whopping 45 percent of the “full value” of the pension on average, meaning they could only stand to pocket 55 percent.
