BITCOIN has bounced back from a Sunday sell off, climbing from $7,399 to a morning high of $7,694. However, the European Central Banked has sent a stern warning to the cryptocurrency community, claiming that "permissioned cryptocurrencies" from central banks would "reshape the current competition level."
