WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama's White House spent the days leading up to his final State of the Union address rolling out pushes on Snapchat and Facebook. The White House released the text of the speech first on Medium, and Obama will sit for interviews with three YouTube stars.
But in delivering his final speech, it seems as though Obama has mastered another social subtlety: the subtweet, the Twitter-world equivalent of trash-talking someone without ever acknowledging his or her existence.
