LONDON — Fashion designer Vivienne Westwood rolled through David Cameron's Witney constituency on a great big white tank Friday in a protest against fracking.
The tank, with the 74-year-old Westwood sat on top, arrived outside the prime minister's home. He managed to miss the whole event as he was away in Leeds.
