Trying to understand the risks behind the use of e-cigarettes just got more difficult.
British medical journal The Lancet blasted the methodology of a report released last week by Public Health England that said e-cigarette use is about 95% less harmful than tobacco, stating that a paper it was based on was partially funded by the e-cigarette industry.
"PHE claims that it protects and improves the nation's health and wellbeing. On this occasion, it has fallen short of its mission," The Lancet said.
