LOS ANGELES — Amazon is not having second thoughts about its decision to give Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond a new home after their departure from BBC
"I think if you look at the show and the great sweep of history, they've produced a great show for many years," Roy Price, head of Amazon Studios, told reporters Monday. "I think we feel bullish that it's going to be a fun show that their fans around the world are going to love."
Price's comments came in reply to a question about whether Amazon had set any "boundaries" for the hosts considering their history of controversy.
