Universal Credit: Mandatory reconsideration explained as DWP completions lower by over 50%



UNIVERSAL Credit claimants can ask the Department for Work and Pensions to change a decision made if they disagree with it. While the DWP are not obligated to alter their decision, they must review it under that is known as "mandatory reconsideration" rules.
