EU SETTLEMENT Scheme rules allow eligible European claimants to gain settled or pre-settled status in the UK, which in turn provides access to state benefits, pensions and NHS services. Recently the DWP urged certain claimants to apply even past the deadline and the Home Office is set to improve the system.
