UNIVERSAL Credit claimants and those on low incomes will soon be able to benefit from a new "social tariff" offered by BT. Today, BT has gone further by addressing Ofcom's latest efforts and calling on all fixed broadband operators to implement a limited social tariff for those who are struggling.
