HMRC urges savers to take action on tax scams - emails, texts & calls must be reported 



HMRC has, unfortunately, been forced to issue a number of scam warnings over the last year or so as fraudsters attempted to take advantage of SEISS, self-assessment deadlines and other tax obligations. These issues do not appear to be subsiding any time soon and as such, HMRC has issued updated guidance on how people can report suspicious emails, text messages and phone calls.
