RISHI SUNAK has been called on to alter SEISS rules as millions of self-employed people have been left ineligible due to strict eligibility rules. Details on the fourth set of grants are set to be released soon but a new Targeted Income Grant Scheme has been presented as an alternative to the treasury, with the Chancellor confirming in January that the Government is considering it.
