CASH access has come into focus recently as the FCA finalised its expectations for firms to maintain appropriate access for their customers. In its guidance, the regulator has made it clear that banks, building societies and credit unions are now expected to keep the FCA informed of any plans for closures or conversions in good time before any final decision is made.
