A full £1,749 refund for a cancelled holiday cottage rental is set to make a world of difference to a vulnerable couple battling cancer and shielding from COVID-19. Donald Beck had paid in advance for the fortnight's holiday, booked for this month through lettings company Sykes Holiday Cottages.
