ACTION movie legend Steven Seagal has been forced to hand over more than $300,000 in settlements over his involvement in a cryptocurrency investment. The Securities and Exchange Commission - the US version of the Financial Conduct Authority - says that the film star and musician failed to disclose he was being paid by a cryptocurrency firm to promote its tokens.
