AS NEWS of the royal birth makes headlines around the world, the Prince of Wales is right to fly to Germany this week to stress our common historic links with the most powerful country in Europe. In this bicentenary year of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's births, there is clearly much that binds us together, and the Royal Family can charm parts of the world that are frankly exhausted by our Brexit farce.
