IT'S GREAT news that the NHS is getting an extra £20billion under the Government's new 10-year plan, but with that enormous sum of taxpayers' money comes the responsibility to spend it wisely and effectively. Too often now the NHS is like some soft-hearted parent willing to indulge every little complaint from their spoilt children as though it is life-threatening.
