Must real crime just go whistle? says ANNE DIAMOND



WHEN does a wolf whistle, a racial insult or even tirade of abuse - such as from that vile man in the Ryanair incident - become a crime worthy of police time and money? And can we possibly afford for our cashstrapped police force to investigate such matters, whilst "real" crimes and burglaries have to be ignored?
