IT IS no secret that much of the foreign policy establishment on both sides of the Atlantic was alarmed by President Donald Trump’s rhetoric on Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign. However, more than a year into his presidency he has taken a stronger stance on Russia than any president has since Ronald Reagan.
