WASHINGTON — Washington's good at mixing booze and work — and the State of the Union is no exception. Lawmakers frequently have a few before the speech, while many staffers and lobbyists turn the night into a drinking game.
So why not get a bit of it on camera, and throw back some bourbon with one of President Obama's biggest haters?
