Faux-serious title cards, ironic use of Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries," copious American flags, an accented woman asking if this is "the great big penis competition," an Academy Award-winning documentarian accosting innocent bystanders and terrifying children and waxing rhapsodic about how much he loves ketchup — yup, Where to Invade Next is a Michael Moore movie, all right.
