An Australian pub has caught the attention of morning TV show host Karl Stefanovic after it placed a ban on hi-vis (high-visibility) vests being worn inside.
The only Aussies that normally don such an outfit are tradesmen — more commonly known as tradies in Australia — and so, Stefanovic claims, the pub is ultimately banning these guys from the premises. Tradies are known to knock off and grab a cold beer after finishing for the day, which is normally around the sweet spot of 3 p.m.
