That's the message of a memo sent by Gawker Founder Nick Denton to his staff on Sunday as the company continues to react to a controversy that resulted in the resignation of the company's executive editor and Gawker.com's editor in chief. Gawker's Max Read and Tommy Craggs resigned after a story they published about a gay porn escort was abruptly removed from the site, arguing that the deletion was done under pressure from the site's business executives
