Amazon brings Prime Music service to the U.K.

As a part of an effort to become a one-stop-shop for everything, Amazon is bringing its Prime Music streaming service to the U.K

The move will give U.K. Prime subscribers access to more than 1 million songs on-demand, all streamable on mobile and desktop devices.

In addition to free one-day shipping and now music streaming, Prime offers its U.K. subscribers unlimited photo storage with Cloud Drive, free book downloads with the Kindle Lending Library and numerous movies and TV shows to watch.

Amazon Prime, which launched in the U.S. in 2005 and in the U.K. two years later, costs $99 each year for U.S. members and £79 a year for members in the U.K. Read more...
