STRUGGLING families will be hit with a reduction in their Universal Credit payments this month as the £20 a week uplift comes to an end on October 6. Charities and campaigners have warned it will mean more people struggling to make ends meet and it's not just unemployed Britons, more than a third of people claiming the credit are in work.
