STATE pension age changes hit women born in the 1950s in recent years, as the Department for Work and Pensions elected to equalise retirement ages among men and women. Unfortunately, many women did not see these changes coming and were left with few options and Jane McDonald, a 66-year-old PIP claimant, has urged the Government to "pull its finger out" over the issue.
