NS&I Green Bonds ‘unlikely’ to entice savers - former pensioner bonds ‘more attractive'



GREEN SAVINGS BONDS have been launched by the Treasury, in a new offer of 0.65 percent fixed for three years, for savers looking to fund environmentally-focused projects. However experts have alerted savers they can get "a higher rate somewhere else", comparing the deal against older offers from NS&I.
