RISHI SUNAK has been slammed over his "unforgivable" plan to cut Universal Credit by £1,000 a year. Labour's Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary criticised the Chancellor in a speech, which outlined the opposition party's proposal to replace the benefit scheme to combat in-work poverty.
