THE GOVERNMENT'S rumoured plans to scrap the triple lock pledge on state pensions would be an "attack" on pensioner incomes, according to a leading Tory peer. Baroness Ros Altmann is warning Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Chancellor Rishi Sunak to rethink any plans which would potentially break a crucial Conservative Party manifesto promise.
