SAVINGS rates continue to struggle at the moment, as Moneyfacts.co.uk recently highlighted the average no notice savings rate fell to 0.1632 percent , the lowest it has been in over five years. Despite these low rates, new analysis from Hargreaves Lansdown shows fortunates may be about to turn for the nation's savers.
