Consumer gets dishwasher refund after stream of pass-the-buck excuses – The Crusader



Just a couple of days after buying a dishwasher online, customer Richard Norris found it was crocked. But any hopes he harboured in July of a clean break, with him returning the machine and getting his £200 plus back turned out to be well wide of the mark. Delays caused by COVID-19 did not help, but even so it has taken more than three months of Richard, backed by Crusader and the independent expertise we have called on, to reach a settlement.
