THE LIFETIME ISA, or Lisa, was launched in April 2017 and offers potential first-time buyers a real incentive to save for their first home. Those aged between 18 and 39 can save up to £4,000 a year and claim a 25 per cent government bonus worth a maximum £1,000 a year.
