Type the phrase “the ad agency is dead” into Google and you'll get more than 47 million results. In the old days, the only mediums for advertising were print and broadcast, so agencies made a boatload charging advertisers for the gamut of activities necessary to run a successful campaign, like the creative process, media buying, script writing, shoot, the perfect jingle, etc
